 <p>
 BS Business Travelling organizes short-term accommodation for trade fair visitors,
 business travellers and guests in Hannover and the surrounding region.
 </p>

 <p>
 The apartments shown or offered by BS Business Travelling are provided by private or commercial
 accommodation partners. For bookings confirmed by BS Business Travelling, BS Business Travelling acts
 in its own name as the contractual provider of the accommodation service towards the guest,
 unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual confirmation.

 <strong>Important:</strong>
 A request submitted through this website is not an instant booking and does not create an automatic reservation.
 A booking becomes binding only after manual confirmation by BS Business Travelling.

 <h2>Accommodation Request and Confirmation</h2>
 <p>
 After receiving your request, BS Business Travelling checks availability and may send you an individual offer,
 invoice, payment request or payment link. A binding booking is created only after written confirmation
 by BS Business Travelling and, where required, successful payment or payment confirmation.
 </p>

 <h2>Payment</h2>
 <p>
 Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment link, credit card payment, cash payment or another method
 agreed individually with BS Business Travelling.
 </p>
 <p>
 After successful confirmation and, where applicable, payment, the guest receives a confirmation letter
 or voucher with the full address of the apartment and further check-in information.
 </p>

 <h2>Check-in and Check-out</h2>
 <ul>
 <li>Check-in: from 14:00 to 21:00, unless otherwise agreed.</li>
 <li>Check-in after 21:00 is possible only by prior arrangement.</li>
 <li>Check-out: from 03:00 to 12:00, unless otherwise agreed.</li>
 </ul>

 <h2>Cancellation and No-show</h2>
 <p>
 Cancellation conditions depend on the individual offer and rate type. If a booking is marked as
 non-refundable, cancellation may be charged with up to 100% of the total booking amount.
 </p>
 <p>
 In case of no-show, late arrival without notice or non-use of the booked apartment,
 the full booking amount may remain payable.
 </p>

 <h2>Responsibility and Damages</h2>
 <p>
 The guest must treat the apartment, furniture, equipment, keys and shared areas with care.
 The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the guest, accompanying persons or visitors.
 </p>
 <p>
 In case of damage to the apartment or property of the accommodation partner,
 the guest may be required to compensate BS Business Travelling and/or the accommodation partner
 for the resulting costs.
 </p>

 <h2>Force Majeure</h2>
 <p>
 In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, BS Business Travelling may cancel
 or modify the booking. Where possible, BS Business Travelling will try to provide a reasonable alternative.
 </p>

 <h2>Legal Responsibility of Accommodation Partners</h2>
 <p>
 Accommodation partners are responsible for ensuring that their apartment may legally be provided
 for short-term accommodation, including compliance with rental law, ownership rights, local rules,
 registration obligations and tax obligations.
 </p>
